Finally, our app was approved last Friday. I hope you will get good news soon. From my perspective, you shouldn't send an expedited request after rejections. This is Apple's message from the expedited request section: "If your submission is rejected during this review, you don't need to request another expedited review when you resubmit. Your resubmission will be automatically returned to the expedited queue."

At least there are updates. Btw, last Friday, our app was accepted. This is a very unpleasant experience. I'm hoping that this won't happen again.

@Ragno23 Good news is that I think TestFlight beta review queue is backing to normal. We tried to publish 2 builds yesterday via external testing channel, and these builds were approved after a few hours. However, Apple just responses today and say that engineering team is still investigating.

I have met a few people from Apple Developer and Apple Review via both support channels and set up an appointment. Jenny from Apple Review team identified that this is a technical issue. And at this moment, Amber from the Singapore side is following up with me via email.

Still no luck, even expedited request is not available. It keeps saying, "Sorry, we didn't receive your request.". Btw, congrats you passed this process, I have no idea what is happening with Apple right now. I am losing patience.

I attempted as well, however it appears that Apple Service has some bugs here, as it indicated repeatedly: "Sorry, we didn’t receive your request. An error has occurred and your submission wasn’t completed. Please go back and try again. If you continue to have issues, contact us."

I am encountering the same situation. Did you successfully upload your 'new' app? Apple keeps rejecting my 'new' app even though I removed the 'old' app from sale and from my developer account.
