Same exact issue for me. The app says "Ready for Distribution" but there is no release button. This app review and release process has been an absolute cluster of broken processes and bottlenecks. Not only was my app held up for an issue on the reviewer's device connecting to the app store, now that it is ready, I can't send it.

I have the same issue, I don't know if this is blocking the IAP from working during review either because it has been rejected twice now for "Error 2: There was a problem with the app store", which seems like an issue on the reviewer end, not an issue with the app. But I can't find any clear information about what to do to solve this.

I am in the same boat. Submitted on July 22nd. It says Waiting for Review, even though the submission process says it takes "Up to 48 hours" it has been 12 days. I was very patient for the first 7 days, but there has been zero communication, no response to repeated support requests (Case ID: 20000122861358) over 4 days. I spent over 3 hours on hold - finally got to a person who then told me there is no phone support for apple developer accounts (even though it was a call back from the developer.apple.com support site, they called me!). I asked for a manager, he said he could not escalate this request, I asked for his name, and he hung up on me. I am now on another call for more than 2 hours, still no pick up. I don't know what to do here, I am similarly stuck launching my business with no escalation path. There also appears to be a lot of these types of posts on this forum. So what is the solution? Android says it can take up to 7 days and they posted the app in 24 hours. In the time I have been waiting I have already developed a second app that is now live on Google Play, which has also been sitting in review with Apple for over a week. This new app is much smaller and should be a very easy review, but no traction on that either.
