Regarding "Overview of app transfer"
My iPhone VoIP app, which I'm developing, uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs). I have a question regarding the following statement found in "[Overview of app transfer > Apps using push notifications]" Overview of app transfer You must manually reestablish push notification services if transferring an app that uses the Apple Push Notifications service (APNs). The recipient must create a new client SSL certificate using their developer account, as associated client SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens aren’t transferred. Question Let's say the recipient of the app transfer creates a "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." Afterward, we need to verify that the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) works correctly when combining the transferred app with this "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." However, until the recipient finishes verifying that it works correctly, the transferor want to keep the app available for download as before and be able to use the Apple Push Notification service. Is this possible? More specifically, can the recipient test the app to be transferred on TestFlight "before the transfer is completed"? I want to combine it with the "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." and test it on TestFlight. Reading "[Initiate an app transfer]," it mentions the existence of a "Pending App Transfer" status. During this "Pending App Transfer" status, can the recipient test the app on TestFlight? Initiate an app transfer After you initiate the transfer, the app stays in its previous status, with the Pending App Transfer status added, until the recipient accepts it or the transfer expires after 60 days. Also, if there are any documents describing these procedures, I would appreciate it if you could share them. Thank you very much.

iOS 26: Unable to Transition from CallKit Screen to App when remoteHandle is nil or empty string
Hello, I am developing an internal phone application using CallKit. I am experiencing an issue with the behavior of remoteHandle settings in iOS 26 and would appreciate any insights you can provide towards a solution. 1. Problem Description When an iPhone running iOS 26 is in a sleep state and receives a VoIP incoming call where remoteHandle is set to nil or an empty string (@""), we are unable to transition to our application (the UIExtension provided by the provider) from the CallKit UI's "More" (…) button after answering the call. 2. Conditions and Symptoms OS Version: iOS 26 Initial State: iPhone is in a sleep state Call Type: An unsolicited(unknown number) VoIP incoming call where the CXCallUpdate's remoteHandle is set to either nil or [[CXHandle alloc] initWithType:CXHandleTypePhoneNumber value:@""] Symptoms: After answering the VoIP call by sliding the button, selecting the "More" (…) button displayed on the CallKit screen does not launch our application's UIExtension (custom UI), and the iPhone instead stay to the CallKit screen. 3. Previous Behavior (Up to iOS 18) Up to iOS 18, even when remoteHandle was set to an empty string using the following code, the application would transition normally from "More" after answering an incoming call from a sleep state. CXCallUpdate *update = [[CXCallUpdate alloc] init]; update.remoteHandle = [[CXHandle alloc] initWithType:CXHandleTypePhoneNumber value:@""]; [provider reportNewIncomingCallWithUUID:uuid update:update completion:completion]; 4. Unsuccessful Attempts to Resolve The issue remained unresolved after changing the handling for unsolicited(unknown number) incoming calls as follows: CXCallUpdate *update = [[CXCallUpdate alloc] init]; update.remoteHandle = nil; // Set remoteHandle to nil [provider reportNewIncomingCallWithUUID:uuid update:update completion:completion]; 5. Workaround (Temporary) The problem can be resolved, and the application can transition successfully, by setting a dummy numerical value (e.g., "0") for the value in remoteHandle using the following code: CXCallUpdate *update = [[CXCallUpdate alloc] init]; update.remoteHandle = [[CXHandle alloc] initWithType:CXHandleTypePhoneNumber value:@"0"]; // Set a dummy numerical value [provider reportNewIncomingCallWithUUID:uuid update:update completion:completion]; 6. Additional Information If remoteHandle is correctly set with the caller's number (i.e., not an unsolicited(unknown number) call; e.g., value:@"1234567890"), the application transitions normally from the "More" button after answering an incoming call from a sleep state, even in iOS 26. The above issue does not occur when answering incoming calls while the iPhone is in an active state (not sleeping). 7. Questions Have there been any other reports of similar behavior? Should this be considered a bug in CallKit for iOS 26? Should I make file a new Feedback report? Is there a suitable method to resolve this issue when the caller ID is unsolicited (nil or an empty string)? This problem significantly impacts user operations as end-users are unable to perform essential in-app actions such as hold or transfer after answering an unsolicited(unknown number) call from a sleep state. We are eager to find an urgent solution and would appreciate any information or advice you can provide. Thank you for your assistance.

About audio playback panel after call end.
Dear Apple Support Team, Thank you for your continued support. I would like to inquire about the behavior of CallKit. Our company provides an office PBX extension phone application (iPhone app). When the iPhone is placed into sleep mode (screen off) and our app receives an incoming call, the following sequence sometimes results in an audio playback panel appearing at the bottom of the lock screen for a few seconds after the call ends(See attachment file for detail). Sequence to reproduce the issue: Put the iPhone into sleep mode (screen off). Receive an incoming call to our extension phone app. CallKit incoming call screen appears. Answer the call. Conduct the call. End the call from the peer. iOS versions with confirmed behavior: iOS 26.0: Not observed. iOS 26.2: Observed. iOS 26.3: Not observed. This behavior does not affect the call functionality itself; however, some users report that the temporary appearance of the audio playback panel feels unusual. If there is any known reason for this behavior or any recommended workaround, we would greatly appreciate your guidance. Additionally, if this is a known issue that was addressed in iOS 26.3, we would appreciate any information you can provide regarding that as well. Thank you very much for your assistance.

iOS doesn't handle incoming call of Local PUSH when receiving a Local PUSH after receiving an APNs PUSH
I am developing an application that uses NetworkExtension (Local PUSH function) And VoIP(APNs) PUSH. Nowadays, I found a problem on this app doesn't handle incoming call of Local PUSH when receiving a Local PUSH after receiving an APNs PUSH. My confimation result of my app and server log is below. 11:00 AM: my server(PBX) requests a VoIP(APNs) PUSH notification to the APNs. But my app does not receive the VoIP(APNs) PUSH. At this time, my app is running on LAN (Wi-Fi without internet connection), as a result, NetworkExtension was running. so I think this is normal behaviour. 14:55:11 PM: There is an incoming call from the my server(PBX) via local net, and NetworkExtension calls iOS API(API name is reportIncomingCall). However, iOS does not call the delegate didReceiveIncomingCallWithUserInfo for the reportIncomingCall. 14:55:11 PM: At almost the same time, iOS calls the delegate cdidReceiveIncomingPushWithPayload of VoIP PUSH. (instead of call the delegate didReceiveIncomingCallWithUserInfo for the reportIncomingCall?) And the content of this VoIP(APNs) PUSH was the incoming call at "11:00 AM". In other words, the VoIP(APNs) PUSH at 11:00 AM is stuck inside iOS, and at 14:55:11 PM, from NetworkExtension reports it. I feel there is a problem on iOS doesn't handle incoming call of Local PUSH when receiving a Local PUSH after receiving an VoIP(APNs) PUSH. Would you tell me Apple's opioion about this? If this is known problem, Please tell me about it.

Inquiry regarding Local Push Connectivity Entitlement
Dear Sir/Madam, Thank you for your support. I have reviewed the documentation for Local Push Connectivity (see URL below) and, following the instruction in the "Important" section to "Request this entitlement from the Entitlement Request Page," I completed the application process for this Entitlement on March 11, 2026. [Local push connectivity] https://developer.apple.com/documentation/networkextension/local-push-connectivity?language=objc#Supporting-APNs-and-local-push-connectivity-in-one-app Subsequently, on March 13, 2026, I received the following reply from Apple: Sub : Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement From: Local Push Review Sent: Friday, March 13, 2026 4:09 AM Hi, Thank you for your interest in the Local Push Connectivity entitlement. Your entitlement request has been approved for: Team ID: NWKYYYYYYY Technical documentation on this API is available here: -(Omission) - Best Regards, Apple Developer Relations My understanding is that upon approval of this application, an "Entitlements" field should be added to the input fields for creating provisioning profiles. However, as of today(March 18, 2026), it has not yet been added. Will the Entitlements field be added if I simply wait? My account (Apple ID), which submitted the application, belongs to three Team IDs. For convenience, I will refer to them as Team ID SV3XXXXXXX, Team ID NWKYYYYYYY, and Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ. The application status for Entitlements for each Team ID is as follows: Team ID SV3XXXXXXX Entitlements: Present. Applied for Entitlements on February 6, 2021. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on February 6, 2021) Team ID NWKYYYYYYY Entitlements: Not present. Applied for Entitlements on March 13, 2026. (Received "Re: Requesting Network Extension App Push Entitlement" email on March 13, 2026) Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ Entitlements: Present. No record (email) of applying for Entitlements. Because of this, I am concerned that the Entitlements applied for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY may have been mistakenly granted to Team ID WEJZZZZZZZ, and I am inquiring about this. Will the Entitlements field for Team ID NWKYYYYYYY be added if I simply wait? Thank you in advance.

App Review Issue
It has been approximately three weeks since we submitted our app for review via App Store Connect, but it remains "In Review" and the review process has not been completed. For this reason, we also requested an expedited app review to the App Review Team last week. Will the review proceed if we simply wait? Is there any way to check the detailed status of this app review?
