It’s not only a normal review it’s an expedited review . We’re literally desperate to get this app approved yet it’s literally been a week to review the app . What do you do ? It says 90% of apps get reviewed in a day so how can we be waiting a week ? this is so horrible

Apple loves to say they do 90% of app reviews in under 24 hours but in my experience it takes them around a week ? Evan expedited reviews take around five days ,when you contact support you hear nothing but an automated acknowledgment of reply . Where do I get help ? I Evan tried to ring and was on hold for an hour . I need help ? Any ways of actually getting through to someone in good time ?

recently I got rejected for spam , basically I had a app that was bloated so I was splitting the app to be clearer . So I got passed spam and reviewer agreed there weren’t spam and then rejected me for another reason . we swapped the app to our other apple account thinking this would save us time from difficult reviewers , and we needed to swap when live anyway . then again the new account first rejected for AppStore images (Evan thoe the other account approved images ) then after taking a week to review it then rejected me for spam again . This is the same app that was cleared of spam on another account . I don’t understand how anyone can deal with reviewers who are very strict and seem to interpret things their own way ? I go in App Store before I do anything I see things there then I think ok so that’s fine , then I get rejected for it . They take a week to reply then give a vague reason for why there rejecting . No screenshots and they talk in riddles . You go past one rejection then they hit you with another one . I wont lie I find this whole process unprofessional and it’s clear they just make it up as they go along . Most of the time I feel like there just bullying me . i complain I’ve literally got 20 open tickets , they don’t respond . where do I get help ?

Expedited review is for emergency so I wonder why it takes them longer when you use it ? I put my app on expedited review each time it’s taken about a week and then they come back and reject me ,without giving any screenshots to pinpoint the issue and are never specific about why there rejecting , just vague reasons . I fix that then they come up with a new reason to reject me . im in an emergency and they don’t seem to care I’m about to loose another creator deal I need the app reviewed fast and then clear reasons with screenshots if somethings wrong . But it never comes what’s the point of expedited review ?
