Got the same issue and I’ve expressed the urgency on this matter, was asked to re-submit a picture of my driver license and then later asked to submit a picture of my passport, it’s been a month since then and still going Every time I reach out the response indicates no updates without any additional context

I am having the same problem where I got into 2 different scenarios SCENARIO #1 Filled in my info (automatically populated) took a phot of my Driver's License (Front and Back) and got Failed to Verify Did it all over again, and got the same result SCENARIO #2 Filled in my info (automatically populated) took a phot of my Driver's License (Front and Back) and got a Photo Upload Issue, Retake retook the pictures and went back to SCENARIO #1
