I have the same problem now as well, since it is a small app for measuring some angles on the body, I save that data and the user - mostly a physiotherapist - can track the progress. Name, Birthdate and gender are being stored in iCloud since the app can be used on iPhone and iPad. The reviewer is pissing me off since he also has a problem with just one device: iPad Air, 5th generation, all others seem fine. It is getting more and more cumbersome to navigate through that minefield and now we have to do DSA as well...

Ran into that as well. After some research - and not being able to get the 8 Plus simulator since it cannot run iOS 17+ - I use the iPhone SE (3rd generation) and then resize the image with some batch command or via preview: selecting all screenshots and then resizing them. Works like a charm. One more thing: when you make a screenshot - and I did many [!!!] they will be saved as PNG. When you upload them they might - probably will - fail since they might include alpha channels. Apple does not like that. So, convert them to JPG with some batch converting mechanism and they will be fine and are no trouble at all! God bless!

I have tons of screenshots because of 6 languages with about 8 screenshots each...so resizing is not an option. Besides...it is pointless since the app with iOS 17 will not run on those old devices. Apple, you need to fix this 'cause beginning April they do require new submissions being iOS17+!

I would agree, since the processors are the same it will make sense - not to long into the future - to have full XCode on iPad. It would be so great especially with the Magic Keyboard. so, please Apple, do it. do it now.

@ MattiasMartens Yes, but you would need to create a new version number and then you can change those settings.

Restart Xcode worked for me as well
