Updating all of my packages worked. This appears to primarily be an issue with the Firebase package according to your errors and GitHub

EDIT: Issue was found to be a network issue. Turned on a VPN and problem solved.

Should be a few hours. They are prepping things BTS for the dev iOS beta release.
