If your app doesn't use anything that's new in iOS 18 then you can continue to deploy it with Xcode 15.4 on macOS Sonoma. You can't run Xcode 15.4 in Sequoia, and if Swift 6 is causing you issues, you may have to stay on Sonoma until you're ready.

Why not raise a suggestion in the normal way? Please do so at https://feedbackassistant.apple.com/ Though, I doubt Apple will do that as there's this whole thing about green messages being SMS and blue being iMessage, so if you can change to other colours, that difference would be hidden.

When Apple tell you that you can submit apps built with Xcode 16. They usually send out an email a few days before the public release.

You are running a beta version of an OS. It runs diagnostic processes in the background, and is not yet optimised for release. This is expected. If you want to stop the battery drain, revert to iOS 17.

What are: barHeight, barColor, progress, icon and duration? Please format your code properly, as you have some code outside of the code block, making it impossible to figure out what your code should actually look like.

I see you mentioned that you've submitted previous feedback, do you mean you've raised a Feedback Report at https://feedbackassistant.apple.com or have you merely raised the issue here on the forums? If you raised a report, you might want to add some extra logs that might help Apple figure out the issue. How does this issue "significantly affect your workflow"? This feature didn't exist before. If you've based a workflow on a beta feature, you may want to change it :)

Go into Settings > General > Software Update and tap "Beta Updates". You should be able to select "Off".

Is viewWillDisappear() actually called? What value is savedRowMainFave set to in there? If the view disappears don't the variables go along with it? Have you tried adding an else to your if ...numberofRows... > ...row... line to print out what values you're using?
