I want to remove my app from sale for some countries but there are some active paid users (monthly and yearly subscriptions) from these countries. I don't want to cause any problem for active paid users. What happens when I remove the app from these countries? Do they (active paid users) will be available to use the app? What if they remove the app from their phone and try to install again later? Will they find the app in their app store even if I remove the app from sale for that store?

Expected payment date looks "Invalid date" on reports page for a few days. Is this a bug or did I missed any agreement to approve? It was 2 December a few days ago.
