We have contacted Apple through the App Review category three days ago using our company’s Apple ID account. However, we have not received any response yet.

Same here, my subscriptions have been "Waiting for Review" for a week, I request issue to Apple via mail but still no response. Grruuuuu!!!

@AroundPixels I’m facing a similar issue. I’ve also sent several requests via email but haven’t received a reply yet. So, can I request a phone call through any topic? Which topic did you choose to request a phone call?
