my dev had 2 accounts and uploaded it on both. it got rejected on both but we continued uploading and making changes on the second version without fully cancelling the 1st submission. it wasnt app functionality related

oh it was nothing my app did. my developer had 2 accounts and submitted on both. just a duplicate submission. 1 got rejected but wasnt fully cancelled.

thats great, ive had one stuck in review a month and called a bunch of time @appreview
