Update my developer has been making changes and resubmitting daily. We have been getting daily feedback. we will submit monday night, get rejected Tuesday morning, resubmit Tuesday afternoon and get rejected tuesday night. all with different changes. so the review times are really quick we had another rejection last night and we just resubmitted. so it is currently under review again i think it should be up soon, the changes are very minor app id 1665868224

update Ok so i received another notice saying im violation the spam policy i deleted the duplicate submission, im not sure what the problem is now. maybe they didnt see the duplicate was deleted i replied back on the app store connect site clarifying Guideline 4.3 - Design We noticed that your app provides the same feature set as other apps submitted to the App Store; it simply varies in content or language, which is considered a form of spam. app id 1665868224

Update Ok so i had a duplicate submission on another dev account and got flagged for spam so i deleted the duplicate version and resubmitted, Waiting for review app id 1665868224
