We've done some further testing and 16.2 also had this issue. Our 16.1 and 16.0 devices left the selection alone after upgrades, as expected.

Same here, everything dropped to zero from the 17th till now.

Every year as an iOS dev you think you have provisioning profiles figured out, but every year there is always some expiration that isn't handled by the previous years newest "automatic" mode :)
