new version now appears in one of my app but for another important app, the issue remains pending. I even tried fastlane deliver, it spitted following error: [!] The provided entity includes a relationship with an invalid value - You cannot create a new version of the App in the current state. - /data/relationships/app

Same issue since 2 days. I even uploaded same version testflight build but new version did'nt appear on Appstore connect. Already contacted Apple but no reply yet.

Just received email from Apple that the problem is fixed now. I quickly uploaded and now ODRs seems to be working fine!

I am not sure, but this issue can be related to certificate signing of ODRs during upload. My distribution certificate expired on 3-oct and xcode renewed the certificate automatically and then uploaded the archive (which resulted in no ODRs). When I tried exporting App Store archive in a folder then I can see erros in the log file all related to ODRs. Anyone whose certificate expired and renewed recently?

Anyone tried submitting such build for Apple Review and make it to App Store. As this might not happen for the real App Store.

Same thing happening with my recently uploaded TestFlight app. FB11664200 (ODRs uploaded with TestFlight builds are not working)

+1 need this as auto-increment does not play well with appstore receipt local validation.
