It’s not just you, majority of new app submissions are taking several weeks to review due to all the vibe coders bloating submissions. I’d say realistically 90% of submissions are taking multiple weeks now. The only apps getting 24-48 hours are those that are already on the app store (from personal experience here). I’ve had personal apps reviewed within 24 hours and business app in review for weeks on submission and still waiting, so much that it’s impacting our business but Apple couldn’t care less.

Did you ever get this resolved? We're having the same issue - no one-time passcode provided via emails so we cannot complete verification. This is preventing our customers from using what they've paid for due to the lack of communication throughout the process. Something that should be simple and it's not working/being resolved. Apple Developer Support case: 102983910674 - please help us resolve this ASAP!
