I tried to contact the App Review 2 times already, one person just told me there's nothing they can do. Another person said they expedited the review process it's been 8 days and the app is still in "In Review" phase I've tried removing and adding the app (in total this is the 20th day)

update: still in review phase, I am glad I chose to send the users binary directly, outside of appstore

ended up exporting the latest release as a zip file and emailing affected clients, problem solved 👍 App is still waiting for review, I think bypassing App Store was the only quick fix this is not ideal

do you have any ideas as to what I can do on my end besides, wait for reviewers to open my app. I've submitted demo video and everything I can do on my end has been done. the app was approved a while ago. I don't know how to respond to users emails, besides telling them well, you're out of luck kiddo, don't update macOS again? App Store review process feels like a black box, no communication from Apple's end.
