App Store Submission Rejected 3 Times – Guideline 4.2 (Minimum Functionality)
Hi everyone, I'm having trouble getting my iOS app approved on the App Store. My submission has been rejected three times now under Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality, and I’m not sure what else I can do. My app displays data from Speedrun.com using their public API. It allows users to view speedrunner profiles, game stats, and leaderboard information. I’ve been in contact with Speedrun.com staff, and I have explicit permission from them to use their API and display their content in the app. After the initial rejection, I added in-app notifications to increase interactivity and value, but the app was still rejected with the same message: “We continue to notice that the usefulness of the app is limited by the minimal functionality it currently provides. Specifically, the app primarily offers content for users to view or use, but there isn't enough of this content currently available in the app to make it useful to users.” I'm really stuck at this point. I feel like the app already offers meaningful value to fans of speedrunning by making Speedrun.com content more accessible on mobile. I’d really appreciate any advice or ideas on what I could add to increase the perceived functionality or value. Has anyone else run into something similar? Thanks in advance! 🙏

EU distribution
Hello, I have a question, Apple approved my app on the App Store, but I can't publish the app to EU countries. It asks me for some documents from the court, but I'm a student and I don't have any documents, just my ID. Can someone tell me how it works? What do I need? Thank you
