App stuck in "Waiting for Review" since June 13 while related app was approved
Hello, I am looking for advice regarding an unusually long App Review delay. Our app, Bien App (ID: 6769135685), has remained in "Waiting for Review" status since June 13, 2026 without any review activity or communication from App Review. Some additional context: The app is a financial services application. We have already submitted updated builds. We have opened support cases with Apple. The app has not entered "In Review" at any point. There have been no requests for additional information. What makes this situation particularly confusing is that our related application, Bien Plus, was submitted under the same developer account during this period and has already completed review and been approved. Because Bien Plus has already been reviewed and approved, we know that our developer account is in good standing and that our financial services business model has already been reviewed by App Review. At this point, Bien App has been sitting in "Waiting for Review" for several weeks. Has anyone experienced a similar situation where an app remained in "Waiting for Review" for an extended period while other apps under the same account continued through review normally? If so: Did Apple eventually review the app? Did you need to escalate through App Review Support? Did withdrawing and resubmitting help? Was there ultimately a queue issue or another explanation? Any advice or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Guideline 4.3(a) Rejection After Creating New Developer Account Following 5.1.1 Review Guidance
Hello everyone, I'm looking for advice from developers who may have encountered a similar situation. I originally submitted an app called Bien, which provides financial services and handles sensitive user data. During review, Apple rejected the app under Guideline 5.1.1 and advised that the app must be published under a seller/company name that reflects the Bien brand. Following that guidance, we went through the process of creating a new Apple Developer account under the appropriate company identity and submitted the app again using the new account. However, the new submission has now been rejected under Guideline 4.3(a) (Spam) because the binary, metadata, and concept are similar to apps submitted under another developer account. The challenge is that the similarities exist because it is the same app, being resubmitted under the new account that Apple previously indicated should be used. We have: Submitted a formal appeal. Opened a support case with Apple. Provided the previous review communication showing the requirement to publish under the Bien company name. Has anyone experienced a situation where an app was moved to a new developer account following Apple's ownership or branding requirements and subsequently received a 4.3(a) rejection? If so: How was the issue resolved? Was additional documentation required? Did App Review eventually recognize the account transition and approve the app? Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Enrollment Still Under Review After 3 Months — Case #102821473004 — No Resolution Despite Multiple Follow-Ups
Hello, I am posting here in hopes that someone from the Apple Developer Program team can help escalate or review my case. I initiated my Apple Developer enrollment in February 2026 and submitted all requested information and documentation through the web enrollment process. Since then, my application has remained “under review” for over 3 months despite multiple follow-ups with Apple Developer Support. The latest response I received was: “We checked the status of your enrollment and confirmed that it is still under review. We will let you know as soon as we have an update for you.” Case Number: 102821473004 At this point, I have not been informed of: any missing information any rejected documentation any verification issue or any estimated timeline for resolution This prolonged delay is now significantly affecting development and deployment plans for our applications and business operations. I would appreciate guidance on: Whether this timeline is normal Whether my case can be escalated for manual review If there is any additional action required from my side For context: Enrollment was completed via the web portal All requested information was submitted Multiple support emails have already been exchanged No concrete issue has been communicated to me so far I would sincerely appreciate assistance from anyone who has experienced a similar issue or from Apple staff who may be able to help escalate the matter. Thank you.
