I've been waiting 2 weeks now also and heard nothing. I submitted a support request (case ID is 102950117204) request but have heard nothing back. I've seen recommendation on this forum to cancel and resubmit, but I don't want to get to back of line if this is just how long it takes. Why can't you guys even tell us if you have our submission and how long you think it will be?
