Hello, I received the exact same Pending Termination Notice today, also referring to Section 3.2(f) and App Review Guideline 5.6.2 (Developer Identity). Like you, I am enrolled as an Individual developer and I do not understand what information Apple considers false or fraudulent. I am the legitimate account holder and I am fully willing to provide my government-issued ID, proof of address, banking documentation, or any other information Apple may require to verify my identity. I have already submitted an appeal to the App Review Board and contacted Apple Developer Support by both phone and through a support case. I am now waiting for their response and hoping they can provide more details about what specifically needs to be verified or corrected. If you receive any update from Apple regarding your case, I would really appreciate it if you could share it here. I will also update this thread if I receive any information or resolution on my side. I hope we can both get some clarification and resolve this through the proper verification process. Thank you.
