I've received answer from App Review Board. When you submit an appeal, it doesn't mean App Review Board is aware of it. A ticket should be cut to App Review Board about your case. Once that ticket is created, you will receive a confirmation email with the ticket number. If you're in the same situation, I suggest you post another thread to attract attentions.

Meanwhile those scam dating apps are pouring money on TikTok to attract new victims' attention. Sad for my hardworking, and the vast users. The dating apps will still look the same, function in the same way in the near future.

Dating apps are mostly Tinder like, they allow users to create a profile, upload 1-6 pictures, swipe left/right to like or pass. It's been like that for more than a decade. I worked out a short video dating app, it allows users to post unlimited videos about themselves, it encourages new videos, unlimited free messaging. I think it's uniqueness is noticeable since there's no such dating app in App Store. But it's rejected several times in a row. It is Spam, just because it's a dating app.
