Some update: The App Review Board has already got my appeal and respond to it. Though the result is not what I expected, I still want to thank App Review team and App Review Board for their quick response. I will provide more information about my app's uniqueness to them. Thanks

It's so sad to hear so many such stories, meanwhile seeing many many approved apps with barely any uniqueness marketing those apps in TikTok and similar platforms.

I am in the same boat. I appealed 3 times, got one reply, the appeal result is still a rejection without noticing the uniqueness in my app. I can see many approved low quality dating apps attracting victims' attention on TikTok.

The dating apps are mostly Tinder like, they allow users to create a profile, upload 1-6 pictures, then let them swipe left/right to like or pass. It's been like that for more than a decade. I worked out a short video dating app, it allows users to post unlimited videos about themselves, and it encourage new videos, also it allows unlimited free messaging. I think it's uniqueness is noticeable since there's no such dating app in App Store. But it's rejected several times in a row. It is Spam, just because it's a dating app. Meanwhile those scam dating apps are pouring money on TikTok to attract new victims' attention. Sad for my hardworking, and the vast users.

I didn't receive any confirmation email about the appeal from Apple. Should I wait for more time? Thanks in advance for anyone who could share any insights.
