I don’t fully agree. Google Play is actually in a similar situation, and in some ways it might even be worse. For Google Play you don’t need to have a Mac, which makes it easier to start, and there usually aren’t as many issues with the review process.

I’ve been waiting since February 1st, and my status is still the same. So basically, it’s been almost a month and a half. At first, I was anxious and stressed, but now I’ve completely relaxed and just don’t care. If it’s not meant to be, then it’s not meant to be. I went through three stages: the first was anxiety, then anger, and finally acceptance. So my advice: let it go and live peacefully.

Not paying for the account? Don’t make me laugh. You don’t have a choice or a way out - just like me and other developers. It’s a monopoly with no real alternatives, and that’s why they allow themselves to ignore us and not care.
