Same problem faced. Apple replied saying they have granted the entitlement. But I am not seeing any options to choose it when creating a new provisioning profile.

Anyone got a solution for this issue? We are stuck in a similar issue for unlisted app. It has been approved and is "Ready for Sale" and availability is set to only one region. It is showing as "Processing to Available" in that region.
