I submitted a Expedited Review Request, then I submitted another one (for same app), and 2 days ago I received an email saying that my Expedited Review Request was accepted and that app review will begin shorty , yet that never happened and the is still waiting for review. Are you suggesting I submit a third Expedited Review Request?

Same issue here. Previously the product were not loading, now they're loading but can't be purchased in Sandbox with the same error code you shared
