I am so frustrated, all of the sudden now when uploading to Transporter I am getting an error Missing App Icon 1024x1024. My app icon is missing in App Connect also. It was there before. I am developing on a windows box MAC is just a build server. I need help please.....

Okay, Apple Gurus, last year Testflight had an application loader. For some reason, they have removed it. Last year, when I archived in visual studio, I got an IPA file....which is no longer there either. I have created an Xamarin Cross Platform app, how in the world do I now get my app uploaded to test flight?

I am severely struggling, I am trying to figure out how to upload my IPA to test flight? I developed and Xamarin Cross Platform app on a windows box. I have previous versions from last year on Test Flight but I cannot figure out how to get the IPA back up. Something has changed since I last used test flight.
