Hey guys, Just noticed that our “App Tags” tags are incorrect. According to Apple docs, “Tags are applied to your app by default, based on the metadata you provide in App Store Connect (en_US only).” The only tag that appears for my app is “video,” which is strange given that it does not have any video component and the word “video” is not included in the App Description, keywords, or anywhere else. Does anyone else have mislabeled Tags or know how to edit them?

Hello, We currently have an annual subscription but want to add a one-month trial to the annual subscription that's shown under a specific condition. At all other times, the non-offer annual subscription should be shown to the user. How do we set up the offer in AppStoreConnect? Do we create a promotional offer inside the existing Annual Subscription and use "Promotion offer identifier" to distinguish it from the regular subscription or do we need to create a new separate subscription with a different product Id "annual_subscription_for_promotionView" for example? We have localized subscription prices for each market based on our internal metrics and it seems like there's no way to duplicate the current price structure if we need to create a new subscription. Is this correct or are we missing something? Thanks

Hello, We've been successfully running ads targeting a competitor in an ad group that included a handful of countries. The keywords performed really well in the US market (CPA $0.46), however, when creating separated categories only targeting individual key markets with the same keywords the impressions are zero or less than 100. I receive a boilerplate email from the Search Ads team with a few possible explanations on why it performed so poorly but none of them make sense since they performed really well in another group. I've also adjusted the CTP up and down but it made no difference whatsoever. When searching for the competitors' apps in App Store 9/10 times no ads for any apps appear on top of it, which I find strange given that the app is top 5 in the social media category. Any suggestions on what might be going on here? /Martin

Hi, One of our users had a monthly subscription** that expired on March 26. Today on April 5th he tried to redeem a 1-month free trial for the monthly subscription using an offer code for new and expired subscribers. However, he received a message saying" You're not eligible for this offer". ** Includes a 14-day free trial. Any idea why he wasn't able to redeem the offer?
