Yeah it is quite the blockage for quick development. I submitted a build 4 days ago. Made more features and fixes and wanted to submit a new build. I deleted the one waiting for review, and now i can't add another build because the now deleted build is waiting in limbo... maybe... It is confusing and not very developer friendly. This is the longest ive had to wait.

Amazing display of Apple arrogance that they dont regognize that anyone with a developer account needs to get these receipts out for the bookkeeping. Every single time, it takes forever to figure out where they hid these.
