The issue was resolved without any specific action related to it in the project when I uploaded a new update today. The app review has been completed, and it is now visible again on the macOS App Store.

I sent a message from here yesterday. https://developer.apple.com/contact/ I got an email said "We escalated this information to the appropriate internal team." Then now two subscriptions have been approved.
