I submitted the App using PWA in march. Now I want to update my App Icon. Because the current one not looking good.

AFAIK, you have to submit a new version with the new icon. Is the previous version already accepted ? If no, I advise to wait for it and not cancel previous submission.

Firstly save your app icon which you want to apply then click the edit button select your icon now upload it.
