DSA trader requirements validating phone

I want to validate an email and phone number for the DSA. I want to do this for the company I work at.

Email is not a problem, however validating the phone number is a problem. We want to use the general phone number of the company I work at. The validation by sending a message will not work because the phone number is not a mobile phone and receiving a text message is not possible.

Validation by calling the number is also not possible, because a menu is used to choose the right option to get to the correct department.

How can I validate a phone number that can't be reached directly?

If I need to validate the phone number otherwise. What type of document should I use to prove the number belongs to the company I work at. The company is located in the Netherlands. The document should be provided in English.

You can't.

In the end, I bought a "burner phone", used it once to get the code by text, and then discarded it.

I'm also stuck with this, but on a real phone number. The company phone number can't receive texts and the audio call cuts off some of the digits (I assume the message is poorly designed and read too fast so it's mostly finished by the time the call is routed to a person to answer it), so both are useless. This process sucks.

It'd be good to have some clarification about what business or legal documents can be used here so we can verify by that method instead.
