My app stuck in waitting for review for 47 days

Hello everyone,

I submitted the first update for my app on April 14. On April 18, I canceled that submission and immediately resubmitted it the same day, as many people suggested that resubmitting might help speed up the review process.

Today is June 4, and after 47 days, the update is still stuck in “Waiting for Review.” I’ve seen that many other developers are experiencing the same issue, but 47 days is a very long time for me, and I have no idea how much longer I should expect to wait.

I hope we can all find a solution to this situation soon. Any advice, insights, or shared experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Same.

Sadly, bigger apps are able to get in review no problem and update. Our business and suers are suffering. We have no choice but to seek legal counsel as it's hurting our business.

What is this app about? Apple is known for ignoring things they are about to release a competing feature for, or things they just don’t like.

Unfortunately without government intervention or a successful lawsuit, you’re kinda stuck.

Maybe one day we’ll be able to release apps without the app store like on mac, or other countries with alternate stores.

After I sent 4 follow-up emails, they deleted my app and banned my account, accusing me of a 3.2(f) violation. My app didn't violate anything at all. It's ridiculous that this is happening with the world's biggest company like Apple.

You will get no where sadly. We have no choice at the moment but use our investment we received for seed round to file a letter from a reputable law firm.

We don’t want to go this route, but us not being able to update is a liability we are carrying Since our product is a finical product. Users are complaining day by day as the app is more outdated.
