Dear App Review Team,
I am requesting escalation of my iOS app, almostcart, which has remained in Waiting for Review since October 9, 2026.
The initial submission on October 7 was rejected on October 8. After addressing the reported issues, I resubmitted on October 9.
As of October 20, the submission has not yet entered the In Review stage.
I previously contacted Apple Support on October 14 and October 17 but have not received a response.
Since the Android version is already publicly available, the delay is impacting our planned iOS launch and marketing activities.
Could you please investigate whether my submission is awaiting additional verification, requires further information, or can be assigned for review?
I would appreciate escalation to the relevant team and confirmation of any action required from my side.
