Confirmation on the Use of MDM Vendor CSR Certificates in On-Premises MDM Solutions
We are developing an MDM solution. In addition to the cloud-based version, we are also developing an on-premises version of the MDM solution for organizations such as government agencies and other entities for whom using public cloud services is difficult. In such cases, regarding the "MDM vendor CSR certificate" to be included in the on-premises package: Would it be acceptable to use a certificate owned by our company (the MDM vendor)? Or would it be necessary for the client organization to prepare a new certificate themselves?

I have mistakenly submitted the enroll two times, via the web
Hei everyone. As the title says, I have submitted the enrollment for the developer program two times, by mistake. I did it once, two days ago, I have received the order aknowledgement and that was it. However, today I have logged in the dev account on the web, and I saw this : To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process. I was like, oh, finally. let me finish the enrollment. but in reality, I have applied again, and received the same order aknowledgment. How bad in trouble I am, or how bad did I messed up? And more importantly, what happens now? I mention that no money charge has been issued from my card on neither of the attempts. Thank you, Best regards, Gabriel.

Locked Company Developer Account – Immediate Assistance Required
I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. I need: A clear, specific reason why my corporate Developer account has been locked. Any immediate steps or known workarounds to restore full access. Advice from anyone who has faced the same unexplained lockout.

Stuck after Master Developer Account was enrolled in Apple Business Domain
Hi All, Posting here after completely spinning our wheels with Apple Business Support AND Apple Developer Support thus far. Problem: Our team of Developers have been using Corporate e-mail addresses (companyname.com) as Apple Developer Accounts. A couple of months ago we enrolled in Apple Business and enrolled our .com domain under management. Developers and others were given 30 days to enroll their accounts manually at the end of which it would be done automatically. One of our Developers did the manual transition with the result that his Developer Account "came with him" i.e. signing certificates and whatnot. Our Master Developer - my term, sorry if incorrect reference to the primary Developer Account - did nothing and his e-mail address but not his Developer Account was "forcibly" enrolled. The result being that he lost access to his Developer Account. Apple Support explained that the Developer Account had automatically been assigned a temporary access in the format "user dot name-company dot com at temporary.appleaccount.com". Great, all the Developer needs to do is to log in and follow the immediate prompting to assign a new valid e-mail address. Unfortunately, any address that the User enters is accepted and a verification code is expected. But no verification code is ever received. Not in our Corporate e-mail gateway under a working alias, not in other private accounts. Not in Spam, Junk etcetera. Something is inhibiting the change. The Developer is now stuck because he cannot log in in order to create his own support ticket. I have done so on his behalf, explained clearly the issue, received a link to an open page that does not require authentication, and he created a new ticket. The response comes again back from L1 Support on how to recover or change your login e-mail. Absolutely no recognition of the problem that has been clearly and repeatedly documented. (Bangs head against wall in frustration.) Questions: Is this Problem Description clear? If not PLEASE ask for clarification! Does anyone recognise this issue? Does anyone have a solution OR a way to reach the appropriate level in Apple Developer Support SO THAT our key Certificates etcetera that are no longer accessible in this "blocked" account can be recovered! Enrollment Button not working on Apple Developer App
Hello Apple Support team, I hope You are doing well this is Muhammad Musaab and i am currently applying for the apple developer program i have successfully completed my apple profile and when i logged in to my developer app on macbook and also on my iphone the enrollment button gets grayed out and unclickable, please i do not want to sign up on web page i am asking help regarding the grayed out button i am getting on apple developer app. Kindly resolve this issue as soon so that i could provide my unique games and apps to apple users. Push Notifications for Apple Wallet Passes (PassKit) — Why don't notifications arrive despite successful APNs responses?
Hi everyone, I'm working on integrating push notifications for Apple Wallet passes (loyalty cards) with a custom Pass Type Identifier. I've set up the Pass Type ID and APNs certificates in the Apple Developer portal. My backend sends push notifications via APNs with the topic set to the Pass Type ID. APNs responses indicate success (HTTP 200), but the notifications do not appear on devices. Device tokens are valid and properly stored. The pass JSON includes webServiceURL and authenticationToken. Has anyone encountered this issue or can share insights on: Common misconfigurations that prevent push notifications from being delivered to Wallet passes? Additional steps or configurations required in the Apple Developer account or in the pass JSON? Ways to debug or log APNs push notifications specifically for passes? Restrictions or limitations of Wallet pass notifications? Thanks in advance for your help!

Not able to enroll
We are facing an issue with creating a developer account for our organisation on the App Store. Apple mentions that there was already an account with this entity whose membership got terminated 4 years back and they can't create another one. We don't have any idea who created that account. It was created and terminated before we got our DUNS number. Despite us submitting proofs that me and my partner are the authorised person for this organisation and creating a case multiple times, we have made no progress on this. How can we escalate this and ensure someone from team actually looks at our case carefully?

Charged for Renewals Despite Being Under Review for 13 Months
Hello everyone. I'm hoping to get some guidance on a unique and difficult situation we've been facing for over a year. Our app was approved and had been live on the App Store for some time. However, 13 months ago, our developer account enrollment was revoked. Since then, our app has remained live on the App Store, but we've been unable to make any updates, fix bugs, or respond to user feedback. We've been trying to resolve this with Apple for over a year, sending countless emails and making numerous phone calls, but we've had no luck getting through to anyone who can help. To make matters even more confusing, we were recently charged for our annual developer program renewal, despite being unable to use the service. This renewal charge has left us in an unclear position. We were starting to lose hope that this issue could ever be resolved, but this recent charge has made us wonder if there's still a chance. We are seeking advice on whether we should continue to hold out hope or if this is a sign we should move on. If anyone has experience with a similar issue or knows of an effective way to escalate this matter to the right people at Apple, your advice would be greatly appreciated. Enrollment not successful - no reply from German dev Team
We registered an Apple Account and started the enrollment as company. Entered DUNS number and everything. Afterwards we got the mail, there is somthing suspicous, we have to reply to germandev@ why we want to be registered. We found out, that we had a student once who started developing an app and registered themselves with company details. This account seems to be closed, but anyhow, it is mixed now. I tried to write several times to germandev@ team, but we don't get any reply for weeks. Who else can help us? Some phone number? Thanks

Feedback on several issues with ios26beta6
First of all, I found that after upgrading to this version, my phone gets extremely hot in the background (I upgraded to this version yesterday, and I was using iOS 18.6 before yesterday). It feels that the camera app has been upgraded inexplicably, the operation is particularly difficult to use, and it does not conform to logic at all. I don't know why it has been changed like this. Can you give users a choice and let them choose whether to use this new version of liquid glass or the classic one?😉 I don't know why the feedback assistant app can't be used, and I will show it in the video below.

Developer Account Payment Made, But No Activation Email After 3 Weeks
Hello, I created an Apple Developer account and paid the €79 membership fee. It has now been three weeks, and I still haven’t received any email confirming the activation or approval of my account. Apple mentioned that I would receive a response within 48 hours, but I have only received two emails related to the payment invoice. There has been no update regarding the status or activation of my developer account. Can someone help me understand what might be causing the delay, or how I can get in touch with the right support team to resolve this? Thank you.

MDM Nginx Proxy
I'm trying to make my own MDM server and I'm having trouble allowing nginx to proxy the connection. The web app I'm making can accept http requests so I require nginx. I'm using a certificate from letsencrypt. Every time I try to enroll a phone it instantly rejects at nginx. I have tried multiple cipher options in nginx. I found the following link and my cert supports all except the DHE ones but they say you only need 1. Can not use my personal developer team for months
I can not accept new agreement on account web portal. When I navigated to the page, my personal team can not be seen. So I can not accept the newly agreement. I asked help via email/phone 3 months ago, and Chinese developer team just said you need to wait. I am wondering how long need to take actions or have a conclusion...
