Notice of Termination
Would anyone help why my account got terminated. I checked my app & it had simple text pricing typo should not be grounds for account termination. Even i made a typo in iap price the price of product on apple server was correct & when user try to buy item the correct price is loaded from apple sever. If this was the reason for the decision, I would like the opportunity to correct the issue rather than face such a severe penalty. "This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (the “ADP Agreement”) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the “Developer Agreement”) between you and Apple effective immediately. Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement, you agreed that you would not “commit any act intended to interfere with any of the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, TestFlight, Xcode Cloud, Ad Hoc distribution, or the Program …” Apple has good reason to believe that you violated this Section due to documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account. Apple is exercising its right to terminate your status as an Apple developer pursuant to the Apple Developer Agreement and is terminating you under the ADP Agreement for dishonest and fraudulent acts relating to that agreement. We would like to remind you of your obligations with regard to all software and other confidential information that you obtained from Apple as an Apple developer and under the ADP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADP Agreement and Section 10 of the Apple Developer Agreement. If applicable, no further payments will be made to you pursuant to Section 7.1 of the Paid Applications agreement (Schedules 2 and 3 to the ADP Agreement). This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Finally, please note that we will deny your reapplication to the Apple Developer Program for at least a year considering the nature of your acts. If you want to file an official complaint pursuant to an applicable Platform Regulation in your country or region you may Contact Us."

Account Locked No Response From Apple
Our account has been disabled/removed from enrolment in the Apple developer program, without any explanation. When we reached out to Apple about this, they asked for documentation (which they already have been provided in the past, and accepted without issue) such as our company documentation and personal identification. It’s been well over two weeks now, and we have not heard back from Apple. When we reach out to developer support they advise there is nothing they can do and we are waiting on some “internal“ team. As a result, our push notifications on live apps have stopped working (due to certificates being revoked), as well as many other issues. Would someone from Apple please advise how to escalate this, so that some action can be taken?

Compliance Screening — Locked out of ASC for 30 days with no resolution
I’ve been locked out of App Store Connect since approximately June 18th after submitting my compliance verification (passport, birth city, ownership information). I’m an individual developer with a live app on the App Store. Timeline: • June 18 — Submitted compliance verification through ASC • Multiple calls — Told the issue was escalated to senior management, twice • July 1 — Called again, told it was escalated further • July 8 — Reached out for update, no response • July 13 — Still locked out, nearly 30 days later I have case numbers from every call. I’ve responded to every email Apple has sent me promptly. Every support rep I’ve spoken to says they don’t have the ability to act on it and to wait for an email that never comes. My app is still live on the App Store but I have zero access to App Store Connect no TestFlight, no analytics, no updates, nothing. Has anyone else resolved this and what actually worked? And is there anyone from Apple on this forum who can look into this?

Paid Developer Fee Still Can’t Access App Store Connect
Hello, I have already paid the annual fee of 99 USD, yet when logging into App Store Connect, the following message still appears: "Your Apple ID has not been enabled for iTunes Connect." When attempting to complete registration via the Developer app, this prompt shows up instead: "Contact us to continue the process There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can finish the registration process. Please get in touch with our support team." Could anyone advise how to resolve this issue? Has anyone encountered a similar problem before? Thank you!

statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization" — persistent for 2 months, Developer Support stalled
I'm hitting a persistent notarization failure for a new organization team and I've exhausted the Developer Support route (case 102898059793, open since early June with no state change), so I'm hoping someone here can help me understand what statusCode 7000 actually requires. Setup: Team: H4N8Z7K4S4 (SmashMelon LLC, US organization, enrolled May 1, 2026; I'm the Account Holder) App: macOS app, Developer ID direct distribution, hardened runtime, secure timestamp; codesign --verify --deep --strict passes locally The same team ships iOS updates via App Store Connect with no problems Latest Program License Agreement accepted (June 20, 2026) Every notarization submission since May 19 — via both Xcode Organizer and notarytool — is rejected with the identical log: "status": "Rejected", "statusSummary": "Team is not yet configured for notarization. Please contact Developer Programs Support...", "statusCode": 7000, "issues": null Recent submission IDs, should anyone at Apple want to look them up: 7ec8ec66-ab23-46e3-996f-22ff9f463593 (June 15) f7546486-255e-484c-a08f-dd6a2df391df (June 17) 56754783-3436-4142-84a4-d8cbfe400fc1 (June 23) 79f3a014-812f-4cca-969c-e41a432c24fe (July 6) issues:null on every log suggests the binary is never scored at all — the rejection happens at a team-level gate. One possibly-relevant observation: the Certificates section of the developer portal (and the App Store Connect API) lists no certificate of any kind for this team — signing happens via Xcode's cloud-managed signing. So the error's literal wording may be accurate: the team's Developer ID configuration may genuinely never have been provisioned. Notably, Apple's cloud signing service happily issues Developer ID signatures for this team — it's only the notary service that refuses it. The two systems appear to disagree about whether this team is provisioned. Developer Support requested identity and company verification (passport, formation documents, IRS 147-C, etc.), which I uploaded via their secure link on June 15. Since then, three more submissions have been rejected with the unchanged 7000 result, and the case status has been "still under investigation" for four straight weeks. Questions: What does statusCode 7000 actually gate on? Is there anything an Account Holder can do from the portal side, or is this purely an internal provisioning flag? Is there a way to get this escalated to whoever owns team provisioning? Two months without the ability to ship a bug-fix build to direct-distribution users is getting hard to absorb. Happy to provide any additional detail. Thanks!

New team stuck at statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization"
I'm trying to notarize a macOS app under my individual team, WPJCQG3698. I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program in June 2026. Membership is active, all agreements are accepted, and the Developer ID Application certificate is valid. All 12 notarytool submissions since June 20 have failed the same way: statusCode: 7000 statusSummary: Team is not yet configured for notarization issues: null I'm authenticating with an App Store Connect team API key. Authentication and upload succeed every time, then the submission gets rejected in under a minute. As a control I copied /bin/ls, signed the copy with the same certificate, and submitted that. Same error, so it doesn't look app-specific. The latest submission is 03369f51-9929-4ec1-8940-e488cf1d00a7, uploaded 2026-07-10T08:30Z. Developer Programs Support case 102922992178 has been open since June 23 and was escalated to engineering on July 7. I retried today and nothing changed. This has been blocking our macOS release for three weeks now and I'm out of things to check on my side. Have I missed an account-side step, or is this something only Developer Programs Support can fix for the team?

Account reinstated but Certificates, IDs & Profiles still inaccessible
My Developer Program account was suspended due to a notarization issue. After submitting identity verification, Apple approved my reinstatement on July 7, 2026 (case 102930206094). However, I still cannot access Certificates, IDs & Profiles — clicking it redirects me to the "Need assistance with accessing your developer account?" support form. This happens in all browsers (Safari 18.7, Chrome 150.0.7871.100). I have contacted Developer Support (new case opened) but the issue is being treated as a browser problem, which it is not. Screenshot attached showing the redirect page I see instead of the normal developer dashboard. Has anyone experienced this after reinstatement? How was it resolved?

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck - no response from support
Hi everyone, I’m honestly not sure what else I can do at this point. On July 3, I applied for the Apple Developer Program. Shortly after that, I received an email saying my enrollment request would be processed within 2 business days. The weekend passed, and by July 7 I still hadn’t received any update. Thinking something had gone wrong, I submitted another enrollment request and also contacted Apple Developer Support by email. Today is July 9, and I still haven’t received a single reply from support. I’ve also tried to find a way to contact a real person through Apple Support, but I couldn’t find any option for live chat or a phone call in my region - only email. Has anyone experienced something similar recently? If you managed to resolve it, could you please share what you did? Is there any way to reach a real person or escalate this kind of issue? I’d really appreciate any advice. Thanks!

Apple Developer Program team invitation keeps redirecting to the sign-in page
We are experiencing an issue when inviting a user to join our Apple Developer Program team through App Store Connect Users and Access. The purpose of adding this user is to include them as an internal TestFlight tester after the invitation is accepted. The invited user received the Apple Developer invitation email and clicked the "Accept invitation" link. The invitation link opens the following page: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/activation_ds?key=... The page displays "Sign in to accept your invitation" and asks the user to sign in with an Apple Account. After the user signs in successfully, the page redirects back to the same sign-in page and asks the user to sign in again. The invitation cannot be accepted, and the user cannot join the Apple Developer Program team. Steps to reproduce: Go to Users and Access in App Store Connect. Add a new user and send an invitation to join the Apple Developer Program team. The invited user receives the Apple Developer invitation email. The invited user clicks the "Accept invitation" link. The page opens appstoreconnect.apple.com/activation_ds. The user signs in with an Apple Account. After signing in, the page redirects back to the same sign-in page. Repeating the sign-in process results in the same redirect loop. Expected result: The invitation should be accepted after the user signs in, and the user should be added to the Apple Developer Program team. Actual result: The page keeps redirecting back to the sign-in page, and the user cannot accept the invitation. Troubleshooting already tried: Safari and Chrome Private browsing mode Clearing browser cookies Signing out of Apple ID before opening the invitation link again Opening the link directly in the browser instead of an email app embedded browser The issue still occurs.

Enrollment blocked in India — "Unable to Continue" error, Case ID 102902619192, no response from support for 5+ weeks
I'm an individual developer from India trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program, and I've been completely blocked for over a month with no way forward. The issue: When I tap "Enroll" and enter just my name and select "Individual" as the entity type, I immediately get the error: "Unable to Continue — Contact support at https://developer.apple.com/contact/." I never reach the payment step. What I've tried: Enrolling via the website on my MacBook — same error Enrolling via the Apple Developer app on my iPhone — same error Verified my Apple ID has two-factor authentication enabled, complete and accurate personal information, region set to India, and no VPN in use This Apple ID has a genuine purchase history (MacBook, AirPods, App Store subscriptions) Support history (Case ID: 102902619192): Call with Apple Developer Support — May 29, 2026 Email with Apple Developer Support — May 29, June 1, and June 4, 2026 Since June 4, the only reply I've received is an automated "Thank you for contacting us" from a no-reply address, with no substantive follow-up The bigger problem: The email option has now disappeared from the contact form at developer.apple.com/contact, and there is no phone option available for my topic. So I have an open case, no response for 5+ weeks, and no remaining channel to follow up. A phone support agent told me my account has been flagged, but no one has told me why or what I can do to resolve it. I purchased a MacBook specifically to develop iOS apps and I'm unable to even start. Many developers from India appear to be facing this same enrollment error. Could someone from Apple Developer Relations please look into Case ID 102902619192 and help move it forward, or tell me what is required from my side? I'm happy to provide any identity or payment verification needed. Thank you.

Developer Program Enrolment Stuck
I had applied for enrolling in the Apple Developer Program on 10th April 2026. In the time since, I received confirmation of the subscription fee payment. On 20th April 2026, I received an email seeking Identifty proofs which I duly uploaded and received a confirmation regarding the receipt of the documents. In the time since, I have not received any update. Happy to furnish further details if necessary. Can someone route this to the Identity Verification / Enrollment Operations queue?

Enrollment stuck since June 26 - Case ID 102929280077
Hello, I am writing to request assistance or an internal escalation regarding my Individual Apple Developer Program enrollment, which has been stuck in review since June 26. I opened a support ticket on July 2 (Case ID: 102929280077) and received an initial response from the eurodev queue, but I have not received any updates or requests for documentation since then. All of my account details, legal name, and payment information match my region perfectly. Because the standard processing window has passed, I would greatly appreciate it if a forum moderator or community manager could look into this case or escalate it to the enrollment team. Thank you for your time and help.

Paid a Week Ago, Still No Access
Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my Apple Developer Program membership and App Store Connect access. My Apple Developer Program membership appears to be active. I received confirmation from Apple that the membership was approved and that the payment was successfully processed. However, when I try to sign in to App Store Connect with the same Apple Account, after completing two-factor authentication, I still get this message: “To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect.” It has been nearly a week since the payment settled at my bank, but App Store Connect still does not recognize my account. I contacted Apple Developer Support several times, but only received a canned response that only confirmed the advisor didn't actually read my ticket, and walked me through the purchase process. I've already paid. I'm already enrolled. I just have no access to my account. Has anyone experienced this before? Is there an additional activation step, account linking issue, or App Store Connect setup step that I might be missing? I would really appreciate any advice from the community or any Apple Support Advisors that may be seeing this. Thank you.

Developer Program Renewal Button Missing - Cannot Renew Membership
I am unable to renew my Apple Developer Program membership because the renewal button is completely missing from every platform and location where I've looked: Apple Developer website Apple Developer app on iPhone Apple Developer app on Mac Subscriptions settings I have attempted multiple troubleshooting steps without success: Tried multiple devices Tested different browsers Cleared cache and cookies Signed out and back in Attempted private browsing mode The renewal button simply does not appear anywhere. Why This Cannot Be Self-Resolved: The self-service renewal system is broken or inaccessible Phone support is not available in my country Previous support emails have gone unanswered There is no alternative path forward available to me Impact: My apps are offline or at risk of removal I am losing users and revenue daily My membership is about to expire, making my development account inactive Important Context: This appears to be a widespread issue affecting developers globally, as documented across Reddit and Apple developer forums. Other developers who have access to phone support report the issue is resolved in under 15 minutes. However, that option does not exist for me due to regional limitations. I need assistance with a manual renewal process. This ticket requires escalation, as self-service options are completely unavailable to me. Any guidance or direct assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Account Billing Block / Enrollment Unavailable in India Loop
To Apple Developer Support, I am attempting to enroll in the Apple Developer Program from India using this specific Apple Account email address. My account region is correctly configured to India, and my device region matches. However, I am trapped in a server-side account loop: The Apple Developer App displays the error: "Enrollment is unavailable in your country. Connect to iTunes Support." The web browser portal displays the error: "Your Apple Account isn't enabled for iTunes Connect." Because of these errors, the option to request a phone callback has also disappeared from my contact page. This appears to be a backend payment processing/enrollment state conflict tied to my Apple Account ID. Please manually clear or reset the pending enrollment state flag on this account so that I can complete identity verification and purchase the program via the Developer app using a valid international credit card. Thank you, Noaman Raees Khan.
