Hello, I purchased the Apple Developer Program a week ago and yet I haven't received any information on it. No activation of the account whatsoever. I've sent 3 emails to apple support, but still no replied.
Is this normal? How long does it take? Will someone finally assist me Apple?

Hi!
I would like to experiment with the Accessory Setup Kit, but I am not sure how I can add the required entitlement to my Apple Developer account.
I added the following to the plist file:
NSAccessorySetupKitSupports
WiFi
NSAccessorySetupWiFiSSIDPrefix
test_
test
And the following to the entitlements file:
com.apple.developer.accessory-setup-kit
But I am unable to build as my provisioning profile doesn't include "com.apple.developer.accessory-setup-kit entitlement".
On the developer portal, I navigated to “Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles” > “Identifiers” > “”, but I don't see it under "Capabilities" or "App services", nor under requests.
How do I configure my profile so that I am able to make use of this kit?

SKStorefront.countryCode always returns "US" in TestFlight and sandbox,
even when sandbox Apple ID is set to a different country.
Is this expected behavior?
Is SKStorefront guaranteed to return the correct storefront
only for production App Store builds?

Am developing an application that creates custom VPN. I have enabled Sandbox properties. VPN will be granted based upon the device posture. Posture includes reading the disk encryption value, secureboot and Firewall values.
Application just tries to fetch the values to provides its posture.
Since the application is sandboxed, it is getting denied to read the above mentioned values.
How to achieve this with Sandboxed enabled?

I have been trying to get into my account for several days now and I have tried everything.
First of you cannot get support because you need to be logged in so had to make another account to be able to post this. And even then the support is not working. Send an email a while ago and tried the call option and I have gotten no response from both.
I was supposed to launch my app last week and I have just not be able to log into my account. I keep getting the 'Too many verification codes have been sent. Enter the last code you received or try again later.' I didn't even do that, I just tried to log in and had that there. I have waited days and it's still there. I have tried changing the number for which I waited a day and now it's told me to wait another 6 days. This has caused so many problem and the lack of support is unbelievable.
Can anyone please help me get into my account or advise on what I can do ASAP.

Hi all, I'm new to TestFlight and Apple Store Connect. I have pushed a build and it says "waiting for review". Do I have to do anything to put it into review? I'm trying to get this build out to external testers.
I recently had my developer account terminated. In the final termination email, it said:
"If applicable, no further payments will be made to you pursuant to Section 7.1 of the Paid Applications agreement (Schedules 2 and 3 to the ADP Agreement)."
I've talked to multiple different developers who also had 3.2f account terminations. Some of them say that they got all their remaining earnings paid out 3-6 months later. Others have said that Apple just kept the money forever.
How can I find out if Apple will pay me my account's remaining balance?
When I got the original pending termination notice, I was still able to log into App Store Connect to view everything.
But immediately after I got the final termination notice email, I could no longer even log into App Store Connect.
Could anybody please help me? I'm dependent on the unpaid earnings as a young 21 indie developer.

I am writing this post because the Apple Developer Program enrollment process is clearly malfunctioning, and I have reached a point where this situation is unacceptable.
First payment
I initially purchased the Apple Developer Program on December 3rd, 2025 at 16:03 (Turkey time).
The payment was fully completed, confirmed by my bank, and I received the official Apple Store receipt.
• Order ID: W1557478965
• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Despite this, my account continued to show:
• “Purchase your membership”
• Enrollment status: Pending
• No access to App Store Connect
After several days with no response from Apple Support and no activation, I assumed something had gone wrong on Apple’s side.
Second payment
Because I was completely blocked and received no reply from support or the forums, I made a second payment to rule out any payment failure.
• Order ID: W1694587309
• Amount: 1029 TRY
• Status: Completed / Posted
Current situation
At this point:
• Two separate payments
• Two unique Apple Store order IDs
• Zero activation
• Zero response from Apple Support
• Enrollment still Pending
• App Store Connect still inaccessible

• Multiple follow-ups sent
• No reply
• No action taken
This is no longer a delay — this is a system-level failure.
I have paid twice for a single Developer Program membership and received nothing in return: no activation, no explanation, and no support.
I am formally requesting manual intervention by Apple staff to:
1. Immediately activate my Apple Developer Program membership
2. Investigate and resolve the duplicate payment (refund or clarification)
3. Explain why a paid enrollment can remain blocked with no support response
If this forum is monitored by Apple employees, this issue requires urgent escalation.
This situation should not happen in a paid developer program.

I want to enable developer program but after submitting the enrollment I see:
Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time.
We want to automate getting crash reports from ASC via CI or some other mechanism. Having developers manually check the Xcode Organizer isn't a scalable solution for us.
Even with a api key with the App Manager role, we get a 403.
https://api.appstoreconnect.apple.com/v1/diagnosticSignatures?limit=50 requires ADMIN role access which makes it a non starter in our org because of access restrictions.
Since developers have access to the crash reports via Xcode in their developer roles, it should make sense for the REST API to expose the same data without ADMIN permissions.

Hi, I need help with the error:
“You do not have required contracts to perform an operation.”

When I try to distribute an archived build from Xcode, App Store Connect shows a banner asking to review a new agreement.
But when I click it, I’m redirected to Agreements, Tax and Banking, and there is no agreement to accept — the page is empty.
I checked with the team, and none of us can see the agreement.
Is it possible that the required agreement is available only to the Account Holder and not visible to Admin or Developer roles?
Could you please clarify what exactly this error means and how we can locate the missing agreement?

We are enrolling on behalf of an organization. We do have following information with us.
• Legal binding authority,
• Legal entity status,
• A D-U-N-S® number, and
• A website.
We are always getting the message as :-
There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support.
This seems very generic message we are not getting the reason why we are not able to enroll for apple dev program.
