Hi, Yesterday I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program through the app (like the website said) and it seemed to work fine. I went through everything in the app and then I had to pay for the service, so I did. (the invoice says Apple Developer Program (Automatic Renewal): $96.99 + VAT). I can see this transaction on my bank statement as well. After finishing the the Developer app said "Wait for an email" or something similar for a day until now it says "Enrollment through the apple developer app is not available for this apple account". I found this odd so I logged in to my account in a browser (on a PC) to see what's up and there it still says if I click my name "Pending". The weird thing is that there is this banner that says "Purchase your membership." and a link to complete my purchase??? As if I did not purchase it yesterday. So in desperation I decided to see what's up and went through this process on my PC now and it took down my order and I got a prompt in the browser to wait 2 days (48 hours). Will I get charged twice? Also this time it prompted the price: $99.

I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing. We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail. Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing – But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next PLEASE HELP US We are from South Africa

Does anyone know if App Store Connect (or any subset of Apple's toolsuite) has publicly available SOC 2 report? Or if there's a relevant email we can request that from. I tried security-certifications emails and got no response so it seems decently hard to find (didn't see on any searches/with aid of GPT). Thanks!

I registered and tried paying for a Developer account about 3 days ago. I got an email saying that activation can take up to 48 hours. It's been about 72 hours and the account isn't activated yet.

Apple Developer Support stated that they don’t have any technical support for this and suggested posting in the Forums or Feedback Assistant app. Hoping someone here may have encountered this before and maybe has a fix. On any of my devices (macOS, visionos, watchOS, iPadOS, tvOS, and iOS) Beta Update will not show Developer Beta as an option for my Apple Account/ID. The only option would be Public Beta. As visionOS is only available for Developer Beta, this wouldn’t help with my workflow unfortunately. My question is whether anyone here has seen that Developer Beta did not show up under Beta Update and what they had to do to get that fixed.

Hello all. I am currently working on a bug that has recently grown due to the beta release of iOS 18.4. I am unable to reproduce the crash at the moment; however, given that the bug is mostly exclusive to 18.4, I was wondering if this is a known issue or one specific to my app? I have just started the process of closing down my limited company and would like to change my Apple Developer ID account type from Business (Organization) to Individual to release my apps under my own name. I was planning on releasing software in the App Store under my limited company, but I encountered an issue (https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/759605) that has blocked the development for almost a year and Apple has never bothered to fix the issue. This has forced me to close down the company. I have decided I will be releasing the software as an open source project. All I want now is to be able to sign the software using my regular, personal Apple Account ID. However, my Apple Account is currently tied to my company's Organization Developer Account. It is registered as a business with business accounts, the App Store Connect agreements are signed by my company, and everything else on my Developer profile is tied to that company. I do not see the option to close down the company/business account. The only relevant post I found online was here: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/702447 Unfortunately, people mention in the comments that the workaround does not actually work. I have tried reaching Developer Support but had no response via email, and I cannot schedule a call back via the Support page because I cannot verify my overseas phone number. Seems like I have a really tough luck with Apple Developer ecosystem... Has anyone ever managed to do this? Any help much appreciated!

We renew our company's Apple Developer Membership annually. According to the update date of November 17, 2025, it's stated that renewal can be done 30 days in advance, but the renewal button doesn't show up.

Hello, We are struggling with a case creating the accounts for a company from Serbia and Croatia. The specific issue we are facing with these two accounts is that the enrollment is accepted without any problems. However, it is worth noting that during the registration of the Serbian account, Apple requested personal documentation from the account holder. Once the documentation was provided, the enrollment was successfully completed. However, when it comes to making the subscription payment, the transaction does not process correctly. We have tried making the payment from different devices and using various payment methods, but in all cases, we have been unable to activate the account. We always consider Apple's 48-hour processing time for payments, but after that period, we receive no information—neither account activation nor payment rejection. When we contacted Apple Support to explain our case, the only solution they provided was to cancel the Apple Developer enrollment and start the entire process again. However, even after doing this, the client is still unable to activate their account. Hope that someone that faced the same issue can help with this as Apple support won't give us more information about which can be the problem. Thank you,

Es geht um eine Webintegration von Apple Pay mit dem apple pay SDK eine Version vor 1.2.0. Der Fehler tritt auf, wenn ich vom PaymentRequest object die Methode show() aufrufe. Es öffnet sich der Apple Pay Dilaog mit dem Fingerprint-Icon, doch nach einer Sekunde kommt direkt ein Ausrufzeichen und der Apple Dialog schließt sich wieder. Ich weiß, dass unsere Integration zu Apple Pay in der Produktivumgebung bei mehreren Kunden funktionerte. Das aktuelle Problem ist, dass die Fehlermeldung von Apple namens "AbortError" keinen Hinweis auf die Ursache liefert. Das ist startk verbesserungswürdig. Ein Betroffener Kunde ist z.B. der Kunde mit der Merchant ID ...(ist es sicher in diesem Forum eine merchantID zu posten?) Hier kann ich das Problem "AbortError" mit meine iPhone 16.7.8 jederzeit reproduzieren. Wo finde ich Support für Apple Pay?

My team has reached the maximum number of registered iPhone devices on our profile and would like to reset the list to remove those that are no longer valid. Currently, our reset date in the developer portal shows March 22nd as the earliest date for a reset. Is it possible to request an earlier reset date? Thanks

I am a new app developer and am entirely new to the process of developing and publishing an app. Right now I am in the midst of publishing my app and have bumped into an issue which app store connect isn't really helping to answer. I was wondering if I could get help here for these issues. Have a countdown feature that works based on device id. The device id and all others go through but the countdown feature doesn't show up. This is an issue that only seems to occur on the App Review's ipad air (5th gen) iPadOS 18.5. I have tested the app on my iphone 14,ipad mini and ipad pro with no issues. I'm not sure how I am supposed to solve an issue which I am unable to recreate. (I have told Apple Review to try reloading the page or resubmitting the dates required for the countdown. They claimed to have resubmitted the dates but have mentioned nothing about reloading the page.) Currently, I am trying to find a way to work the app on the ipad air but if i am unable to recreate the issue,I'm not sure how to solve it. please help!

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue completing my Apple Developer Program enrollment. After submitting payment, I keep seeing the message: “Purchase your membership. To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now. Your purchase may take up to 48 hours to process.” It’s been over 1 week, and this message hasn’t changed. I’ve already made the purchase twice. I’ve tried: • Logging out and back into my Apple ID • Using different browsers • Waiting patiently as instructed (well beyond 48 hours) Still, I can't proceed or access my developer account. This is blocking my app release, and I haven’t been able to get a clear response from the portal. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I escalate this to get it resolved?
