I'm having the same issue, I will just contact App Store Connect tomorrow as I just don't quite know what else to do.

I just opened my app in the new Xcode Beta and sure enough it is still there. Would love if Apple Engineers chimed in as to how to get rid of this issue or perhaps how to avoid it.

Have you tried asking them to call you? I had an issue last week, I had them call me and the lady answered all my questions and got my issue going. Don't hesitate to reach out to them. Ive called them now twice and they have taken care of my issues rather quickly. I believe in support you can click a button and they will call you. You can't call them... they will call you and it happens instantaneously.
