Hello,
I've had a version of my app available for the past year, this version is used by the majority of my users. Recently, my app was randomly reviewed and flagged for a violation claim (IAP). As I am currently trying to resolve this issue I wanted to ask:
What happens to my current users if I lose my appeal and the app is removed from the app store?
Because this is not a rejection through a app submission flow, I dont have a previous version available for users who are waiting for a new build.
Does that app automatically get deteled from my users devices?
Or it does not get deleted and they cannot access/login?
Or does everything remain the same for them as long as they don't delete their app?
Can someone please help me out?!
Thanks
Anila

I am about to submit an appeal to a violation on my app. Can I resubmit an appeal more than once? What happens if my appeal is rejected? **Any help would be greatly appreciated. **
Hi community members!
I would extremley appreciate help or advice on this urgent question! 🙏
We randomly received a notification that our app was re-evaluated and was in violation of not complying to IAP guidelines.
We do not have IAP. I responded multiple times to the message explaining details to explain how our app works, the guidelines we comply to etc. In response from the App store, I got the same message of the guideline they consider that we violate and suggesting that we submit an appeal for this violation (keep in mind we only have 12 days).
Before we submit an appeal, does anyone know how many appeals you can submit overall. I know we can only submit 1 appeal per rejection...However, If we submit an appeal, and it gets rejected, can we submit another appeal, and so on? Or do we only get one chance?
If anyone in the community can help provide any insight on this would be greatly appreciated.
