Based on customer reports, "Local Network" permissions STILL seem to be broken for some on the release version of MacOS27. This is not acceptable.

I have a customer on MacOS 27 having the exact same problem with my Store app "Phonos Ultimate" - the prompt never appears, and the app is not listed in the appropriate area of Settings. I do not have a repro myself.

And today the screenshot magically showed up in the Draft submission. Phew! Submitted.

Thank you, I submitted an appeal and got a nice clear answer, which I followed and my app is now approved and live in the store. TL;DR I added "for GoPro" as a suffix to my app name, and removed the trademark from the subtitle.

Same issue for me. However, when I click on the Keys tab it says I have to ask permission to access the App Store Connect API, I did that and I got a "Generate API Key" button and it made me one. I think the doc pages are out of date.

Same exact problem. Lost previous pairing somehow, cannot re-pair. Click Pair button, enter PIN, see a brief message "setting up devicename" then goes back to the "pair" screen.
