Same here I have been waiting for over 7 weeks to get the enrollment. Contacted Apple via email multiple times but no answer via email, contacted support via phone but issue was not addressed correctly nor even provided any kind of solution on phone. My application is ready but Your enrollment is still being processed. Need help.

Same thing here. It has been stuck for a while now. On developer account I am being shown message "Your enrollment is being processed" but do not see any progress nor an option to pay and support hasn't replied.
