hi, my two submissions have been sitting in Waiting for Review with no movement and no contact from anyone at Apple. Both are first submissions of new apps. d6267043-7934-4b03-ac2d-17b14a70720b submitted 3 August 2026 - 12 days. 9e55f0b8-def8-4741-95bd-2f50e63cc65d submitted 7 August 2026 - 8 days. Not one of them has ever moved to In Review. Resolution Center is empty, there are no metadata or information requests, and nothing has been cancelled or resubmitted. Both are the original submission sitting untouched in the queue. I opened App Review Status cases for both. Neither has had a reply. These are not complex apps: a few screens each, no backend, no external database, no user authentication. The stated turnaround is 48 hours for most submissions. Twelve days is six times that, and I have no way to tell how much longer it will be. Judging by how many similar posts are on this forum right now, this is not an isolated case, and a backlog that nobody acknowledges is a far worse experience to build against than a long queue that is stated up front. Would be helpful if someone from App Review looked at these two cases
