This support is a failure! you guys dont respond to mails, keeps calls on hold and then expect us to wait in this sensitive matter. We pay apple for this service and they dont even listen to our plea! extremely disappointing

Already did. But got no response. I am not able to track my appeal as well. Faced 4th rejection with reason “Connectivity Error”. There is proper handling of such issue that without internet , app will not work. mentioned this thing in Notes as well. Yet the testers are testing without internet and rejecting :(
