[Case ID: 20000145995960] Apple Developer membership renewal option missing — support not responding
My Apple Developer membership shows a renewal date of September 5, 2026, but there is no “Renew Membership” option anywhere in my account. I have already opened a support case more than 24 hours ago with no response, and today I spent around 50 minutes on hold with Apple Developer Support before the call disconnected. This has been extremely disappointing and irresponsible for a paid developer service. This is also directly affecting my app. I am unable to submit my build for External Testing review because of the membership issue. At the same time, I still have around 10 days remainingin the account expiry. On my Internal Testing section, TestFlight shows users that “the app cannot be downloaded.” This is so so disapointing that apple doesn't bother to even give an update on what is the actually issue. I have dropped 4-5 emails and request call back atleast 3times only to get ghosted on both platforms. Can someone from Apple Developer Support please investigate this and enable the renewal option? I need to continue testing and distributing my app, and I'm running out of time.

App Review Rejections
Hello All, It’s been almost a month, and I’m trying to submit my app’s first version, but I keep getting rejections with the reason “App Completeness – No Connectivity.” Here’s the timeline: • Initially, the app was rejected for app completeness. • I scheduled a review appointment, and during that session, the reviewer confirmed the app was working fine. • The reviewer only asked for permission policy changes, which I implemented and resubmitted. • After resubmission, the app was rejected again with the same “App Completeness – No Connectivity” issue. The reviewer in the first session mentioned it might have been a connectivity issue on the device during testing. So, I scheduled another review appointment, but that appointment request was declined. To date, I have made 13 submissions, and 10 were rejected for the same reason. I have also raised multiple appeals, but haven’t received any response. The app works perfectly on multiple devices and iOS versions, and TestFlight testing is successful. Has anyone faced this issue before? How can I resolve this and prevent repeated rejections? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you.

Review rejected for the 3rd Time
Hi All, I am submitting my first app to App Store but unfortunately, it has been rejected 3 times in a row. Every time , same reason 2.1 App Incompleteness. My app requires login via phone number and OTP and i have provided all the demo details required for creating an account but their response is same every time that they cannot login. No error detail has been shared by the review team. The screenshot suggests that Device is not connected to Internet and i have mentioned in instructions to use a stable internet connection I have tested the app on 2 iPhones and 1 iPad and found no such issue. My server has not received any login request as well to verify if they tried logging into the app. Please suggest what i can do in this scenario or any specific reason that the problem is just with them and not with any of my testers Thanks.
