Our app's version 1.0.1 was approved by App Review on October 14, 2026 and released on October 16. Since then it has been stuck in "Processing for Distribution" with no further activity. Apple's documentation says this should finish within 24 hours. We believe it stalled because our updated Free and Paid Apps agreements were pending at the moment of release; we accepted them on October 19 and they are now active, but the processing never resumed. App Store Connect doesn't let us create a new version while it's in this state, so our iOS launch is blocked. We've contacted Developer Support and App Review several times with no reply yet. Has anyone seen this and found a way to get the processing re-triggered? Any help from the App Store Connect team would be greatly appreciated.
