BLE passkey pairing for Apple Watch

The peripheral is initiating a passkey entry mechanism, IOS device is getting a pop up to enter the passkey but the WatchOS device is not displaying any pop-up. Is there anything to be enabled from the watch side?

Heart Rate in the background

In my app im able to get the live heart rate when app is in foreground. When app is in background/ locked condition live heart rate is not fetched. How to get live heart rate frequently.

Silent push notification

Im using keys for silent push notification. Server is able to send silent push notification locally when app is also running locally, but when pushed to AWS and app released to testflight its not able to send. Is there anything from APN to enable?
