Same issue for Canada but for ITA Tax -- been 3 weeks

Thats not a long time, I was stuck in waiting for review for 10 days, then In Review for 2 weeks, then no response for a month. This is the new Apple.

Same here, it's filled out and was filled out for a while, can't send apps for review... tried logout/login.
