Reply to Strange Reviewer Behaviour & Feedback
Each review is a drip feed of one or two problems rather than a full review of all problems in one go - surely this has a cost associated which Apple is bearing unnecesarily? In the last week, all rejection reasons could have been stated months ago. That's because those issues have not been resolved? I don't understand why I should be asked if people will be interacting in my community forum - thats the entire point of a forum. Search the guideline for 'moderate.' 2.The chatbots are on the dashboard of my app, there is only one dashboard in my app, everything on my app is in one place, so the reviewer didn't even look for the feature. It's not they who have developed your app. I don't know what the chatbots are, either. The dashboard? I have no clue. I would use the language that your grandparent could understand if I were you. I often given them a video tutorial with subtitles.

Reply to Inquiry Regarding In-App Purchase Refund Handling
After a user successfully completes a purchase and later requests a refund, how long does it typically take for the refund to be processed and take effect? What does the App Store app tell you about requesting a refund? In cases where users may abuse the refund system (e.g., frequent or malicious refund requests), is there any way for developers to prevent or intervene in the refund process? There are cheaters wherever you go. It's not just app users. There are software developers who abuse the system with fake 5-star ratings and bogus last-minute discount price claims. You are simply better off staying away from these people and concentrating on development instead. I wouldn't waste a minute of my valuable time becoming a cat to chase mice.

Reply to Appeal pending for 2 weeks
Guideline 4.2 says the following. If your app is not particularly useful, unique, or “app-like,” it doesn’t belong on the App Store. You should have spent the last two weeks enhancing the fictionality of your app with unique features that you don't see with other apps. The appeal board often sides with reviewers. Additionally, there is no promise as to when they take your case. So you should have had Plan B and Plan C before taking your case to the appeal board.

Reply to Rejected under 4.1 (Copycats/Wordle) despite different gameplay - looking for more specific feedback
I have had close to 10 back-and forth messages with Apple review, trying to ask which parts are the issue (or whether it's the whole concept of the game) They won't tell you how you should make changes so that the game will be admitted into the store. For reference, the same app was recently approved and published on Google Play without any copycat concerns. Why is that important? Is Apple's App Store run or supervised by Google? So you started out by including 'Wordle' as one of the keywords, right? If that's the case, then it's already in the file no matter how you deny your game's association with Wordle. It seems that your only option is nuclear. Bomb and destroy it. And start over from scratch with your own ideas like creating an adventure game to search for secret words. So Changed the letter elements to be different from Wordle (circles, not squares) is not going help AT ALL. A copycat is a copycat, whether you change colors or physical forms.

Reply to App rejected 4 times under 2.5.2 despite detailed clarifications - need guidance
Filed an App Review Board appeal (waiting for response) The Appeal Board often sides with the reviewer unless the latter has made a totally wrong call. Also, the Appeal Board can make a mistake. If they rule against you, that may be the end of your app submission. So that's probably a wrong path to take. If I were you, I would look for an app under similar circumstances at the App Store. Instead of saying to them "Hey, there already exists an app under the same circumstances. Why is it okay for them but it's not for us?," I would rather download and examine it to see their secret. Amazon, Inc. has a subsidiary (Amazon Mobile LLC ) that develops their mobile apps. Although one can make purchases at their store, the App Store still allows their app(s). There must be some features that are not available through the web browser.

Reply to Does Review team have a right to demand video?
It depends on the features of your software titles. Yet, I would comply with their request if I were you. I often give them one or more screen-capture videos voluntarily since I release cross-platform software titles at the same time. You should reply and say, "Sure. I'll be happy to comply." I wonder if I can submit an appeal or replace that reviewer somehow. I guarantee that your appeal will be rejected.

Reply to First auto-renewable subscription does not appear on app version page in App Store Connect
metadata, screenshot, and localizations have been filled The localization for what? It seems quite obvious to me what the immediate issue is. If I were you, though, I would show several screenshots to make points instead of showing a checklist in writing.

Reply to Stuck submitting subscription for review
You have already attached a subscription group with sub plans to the current software version, which has been rejected. If that's the case, why do you need to attach the same subscription group to your submission again? Or what do I miss in your story?

Well, then, try creating a new subscription group with new plans and with new product identifiers.

Reply to IAP link to app not working
How do I appeal a review? What will be an appeal for? It's quite obvious that you will be rejected. If they don't see your subscription plans because subscription plans are loaded when a store page appears? because you don't load subscriptions with right product identifiers? There are some more possibilities.

Reply to First subscription stuck in inconsistent review state for 6+ weeks, no update after internal escalation
Unless you show a screenshot from every step of the way from Distribution through individual subscription plans, nobody can probably tell what the problem is that you are facing. I have 2 or 3 new iOS apps with subscription plans that have been approved this year alone. So I haven't faced an issue.

the "Export button" which should trigger the file export doesn't react. Where is the button? And what is it supposed to do? Show the content of your plist? If not, why are showing it?

Reply to App approved but subscriptions not working: Says localization was rejected without providing any reason
That's hard to say. The following is a list of possible reasons. The IAP sheet or whatever is hard for the user to locate or reach. The description is different from what the app is actually capable of doing. The premium feature that the IAP promises is not suitable for subscription plans.

Premium feature is the only way in (with 7 day free trial). Gives you access to everything It sounds to me that your implementation of the premium feature is DOA. What happens to the app and its features after the user decides not to cancel auto renewal?
