It's resolved because it's been escalated or whatever was causing the delay has been fixed? It still says "Waiting for Review". When can I expect to see it "In Review"? Thanks.

The finance team eventually replied today and approved the bank account processing issue, about 6 business days after I had contacted finance. The W-9 issue I resolved myself by selecting "Limited Liability Company - Disregarded Entity" as I understand this alternative option is fine.
