Reply to Nearly 36 hours “In Review”?
Here are the facts by observation: Submitted 3 platform builds for a single app. The visionOS and iOS builds are always picked up before the macOS build for review.  The macOS build has sat in In Review for almost 4 days, while the iOS and visionOS updates were picked up within minutes of submission and approved.  The macOS build was falling behind the other two platforms, and the 4-day review was cancelled in order to stay at the release level.  The iOS and visionOS updates were once again approved, while the macOS is now sitting there waiting for review. So yes, I agree with the original poster and their concerns around the level of service promised to developers, because it’s the expectation set by Apple.

Reply to Same issue: subscription group stuck on "must be submitted with a subscription of the same group" despite correct config
So what i learnt was the following add app for review but don’t hit submit for review. The draft is created at this point. goto all of your in app and subscription records and also add to review and add them one by one to draft created. once all the entries are in the draft you should be able to then submit.

Reply to macOS update "In Review" for 13 days with no messages — iOS version of the same submission already approved
Same issue here: the universal app shows two of three platforms reviewed within 24 hours, but the macOS version remains unreleased. It either waits for review or shifts to In Review with no progress for weeks.

Reply to MacOS App Reviews taking a long time
As with any recurring pattern, the iOS and visionOS apps were approved within one hour of submission yesterday, while the macOS app moved to review after those earlier reviews finished and has remained there since. Resources for macOS reviews may be less available than for other platforms, but Apple should address this. @appreview @support

Reply to Cannot find iPhone Duo simulator in Device Hub
I recall the period in 2015 when Apple distributed the initial AppleTV developer kits for a $1 verification fee. That marked the final instance of receiving anything free from Apple.

Reply to MacOS App Reviews taking a long time
I had to cancel my In Review because the macOS version lagged behind the other two platforms, which is largely the current state of app review. A trillion-dollar company acts like a scrooge with payroll, avoiding the hires required to function.

Reply to Marketplace Guardian has been “In Review” for 7 days
To be honest, a company of this scale should not be slow in providing resources to manage the load.

Reply to Unable to remove IAP promotional image while In-App Purchase is “Ready for Review”
You must remove it from review before making changes—note the blue box that highlights the option to do so. Sometimes after removing from review it takes while to update.

Reply to App review stalled for around 30 days — how can I get a status update?
You might consider the App Review Board—requesting an expedited review. It is uncertain whether this will alter the outcome, but iOS and visionOS reviews appear to move faster than macOS.

I'll up you one. Been In Review for 3+ days on the macOS platform while the same code base on iOS and visionOS has been approved.
